Are you living or killing time
?
You exist, now what?
I am a proud son of Kashmiri immigrants, born and raised in the culturally rich and diverse city of Birmingham, UK. Growing up in a multi-cultural environment was what first opened my eyes to the world and taught me the importance of embracing diversity and individuality.
As an Existential Therapist and Logotherapist, I have always strived to live an existential life, seeking meaning and purpose in all that I do. This drive has led me to be featured in the acclaimed fashion coffee book 'We Are Dandy,' showcasing the 50 best dressed men in the world, and in the Project60 Beard Exhibition by world-famous photographer Brock Elbank, which was showcased around the world.
Before embarking on my journey as a therapist, I worked for many years in the art scene of the UK, where my fascination with existential questions only deepened. Driven by a desire to understand the human experience, I travelled the world in search of answers, spending three years living in Cambodia and now residing in Vietnam.
As a therapist, my approach is non-judgmental and I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. My goal is to empower individuals to find meaning and purpose in their lives, and to navigate the challenges that come with being human.
The existential approach considers human nature to be open-ended, flexible and capable of an enormous range of experience. The person is in a constant process of becoming. I create myself as I exist. There is no essential, solid self, no given definition of one’s personality and abilities.

I don't have the right answers, but I have the right questions.
Deep conversations, exchange of ideas, philosophy and lived experience. With these we can start trying to truly define who you truly are and what you truly want to do in life.
I believe that each person's journey is unique and deserving of respect, and I am honoured to be a part of their growth and self-discovery. My background has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the complexities of identity and cultural differences, and I draw from this to create a truly inclusive therapeutic experience. Let's embark on this journey together."
